News- Our Book Has Been Published!
I’m really pleased and proud to announce that our new book, The Art of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy – A Collection of Case Studies, has been published! The book is primarily aimed at trainee and newly qualified practitioners but we think it will also stimulate useful reflection/ideas in more experienced practitioners too. It’s available to buy on Amazon (a day earlier than planned!)

As you will have guessed from the title, the book is a collection of case studies from Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) practice. There are twelve case studies, which have been written by 10 experienced hypnotherapists, and we are also honoured to have a foreword by David Newton.
We hope it will inspire greater confidence and creativity in your practice. Our other great hope is that it will showcase the effectiveness of this therapy for improving people’s lives, and inspire others to learn more about SFH.
