Supervision
I trained to be a supervisor because of how helpful supervision and peer support has been to me over the years; keeping me confident, boosting my motivation, staying up to date, and in touch with other therapists. I like to think of the ripple effect we can have; by supporting each other to be the best we can be. I hope it means I help even more people to live well and happy lives!
I run a supervision group, and provide individual sessions in person or online, I also occasionally organise external training sessions for the group, and run extended group sessions to work on skills. I look forward to hearing from you if you would like to try out a session to boost your confidence and motivation.
Joining Our Supervision Group
Our friendly and supportive supervision group offers a valuable community experience. By becoming part of this group, you’ll benefit from shared insights, guidance, and a sense of belonging with other professionals. For a subscription fee, you’ll receive access to six supervision sessions per year, with the option to purchase additional sessions if needed.
In between sessions, you’re welcome to schedule 15-20 minute calls with me to address any urgent issues that can’t wait until the next meeting.
Interested in joining? Contact me for more information, and arrange to try out up to two sessions on a trial basis before making a commitment.
My Qualifications
I trained as a supervisor in 2015 at the CPHT in Bristol, attaining a Diploma in Solution Focused Supervision (level 5), and have run an active supervision group and provided individual sessions since.
I attend my own supervision, the supervisors group sessions with the AfSFH, and as such keep up to date with our approach
